Helpdesk and supportWe know what it’s like to be on the other side of the counter and with this in mind, we provide a simple approach to our support service - it’s available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our helpdesk team is professional, but importantly they bring a human touch to the difficult business of support! Our entire team is certified in the software packages that we provide and they are equipped with a comprehensive set of technical tools to provide you with the best possible support and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Transparency and flexibility in this area is key and to achieve this, we provide our customers with a number of ways in contacting our helpdesk; phone, email, web portal. In all cases, nominated members of your organisation will receive automated emails alerting you to when a issue is raised by one of you staff members and updating you when a issue is resolved. Our web portal allows you to generate a reports on support issues and allows you to keep tabs of your company and our performance. To complement our software support, we also offer a hardware support package for complete peace of mind. TrainingBecause we understand the nature of the retail market and that each retailer is different, we offer a number of flexible training options for our customers. During the consulting stage of a project, our team will work together with you to design a customised training program based on your business processes.We do this as part of our commitment to your ROI so the training is focused and your staff will see the benefits of what our solutions can offer you. Achieving staff buy-in to your new solution is a must, and we take care to explain the benefits to your team! We offer training courses at our fully equipped training centre, at your place of business, online or even in a live retail environment. We also offer regular refresher courses, tailored to your needs. We offer hands on training with the system customized with your data and requirements, and scenario-based training with real life situations and how the system can handle these. Prior to training, we conduct a full UAT (User Acceptance Test) where you work with the consultant to tailor the system to your needs. During training, you will be able to see these applied changes and work with the system, as it would be when you go live. And if you need a refresher or reminder at any time, simply pick up the phone and we'll be there to help. |
