Training

Each Retail Pro Trainer and Technician must pass a series of 18 written exercises and 3 examinations before becoming a Certified Retail Pro Technician. This learning phase requires approximately 250 hours of concentrated study over 4 to 6 month period part time or 3 weeks full time. As the Retail Pro software is enhanced and updated, all technicians must be re-certified to the current version. This extensive on-going training is necessary for us to provide you with the highest quality of service. All our trainers, technicians and analysts have been certified by Island Pacific.

Because we understand the nature of the retail market, we offer a number of flexible options when it comes to training. We can offer training courses at our fully equipped training centre in Wimbledon, at your place of business or even in a live retail environment. Our training department regularly offers refresher courses. In addition, our training department liases closely with our support department in order to isolate persistent support issues that can be resolved by follow-up training.
